Meet the Team

Our team is small but mighty! We run a boutique practice with only five team members who are close-knit, supportive of one another, and always ready to pitch-in and help. Their warmth, kindness, and compassion know no bounds; each shares my dedication to exceptional care and customer service, as well.

I was blessed to promote my practice administrator, Cely, from within. As we weathered the storms of Covid shutdowns, she really stepped up and showed her capabilities. We have been growing together as a leadership team ever since! Cely has helped me to build a team of exceptional people who care greatly for our patients while working hard, being reliable, and maintaining flourishing family lives.

Practice Administrator and Patient Advocate

It is a pleasure to help people take the first step of taking care of themselves. When new patients come to us, they often aren’t at their best. It can even be difficult for them to pick up the phone and call! But after their first visit, the looks of relief on their faces are amazingd they leave healthier and happier!

I started my career in 2009, working as a dental assistant for five years. I joined Golden Rule Dental Care in 2019 and couldn’t be happier. Dr. Flesher and my teammates are centered around the same purpose: to make a difference in people’s health – dental, mental, and spiritual.

I manage the day-to-day operations of the practice. I also help patients understand what care may be needed, encouraging each to talk about their fears and desires. I then communicate with all medical team members on the patient’s behalf.

I am a mom of three and have been married to my husband, Eddie, for 12 years. We have many pets, including two dogs, a young kitten, and a bunny. My hobbies are usually just keeping up with my fur and human children.

I really enjoy helping people with achieving a healthy and beautiful smile. Focusing on each patient’s needs, I strive to help them feel secure and confident throughout their visits. I want each to know they are in caring hands and to leave with a healthier smile!

I graduated from an accredited dental assisting school in 2008 and joined the Golden Rule Dental Care team in 2022. Dr. Flesher is a very caring and skilled dentist and my team is incredible. We have the same mission every day: do unto others as you would like them to do to you.

My job includes many tasks, including preparing work areas, recordkeeping, and supporting the doctor during treatment. The highest priority, though, is providing excellent patient care.

As for my personal life: I have three cats, am looking into completing the set in the future, and I enjoy spending time at home with them.

I am happy to meet and get to know all our patients. They start as new friends and quickly become family to everyone here. Seeing people I really care about gain health, happiness, and confidence is incredible!

I started my career in 2012 as a graduate of Concorde and have worked as a licensed Expanded Duty RDA since that year. In 2024 I was welcomed to Golden Rule Dental Care and immediately knew I’d found my professional home. Our office is the ideal example of a “TEAM”: no one person is left behind but is continually lifted up and pushed to do and be better. We all share the core goal of ensuring our patients come first.

I have the pleasure of embracing and welcoming all guests, patients, and visitors to Golden Rule Dental Care in person, virtually, and by phone.

I’m the proud mother of four National Honor Society students. With my daughter attending JSU for Law and my son soon to attend UTA, I’m very busy. I’ve a bubbly personality and an extroverted attitude, which keep me in a joyful mood – always.

Registered Dental Hygienist

Establishing relationships with patients, and growing alongside them, is a joy. I am especially happy to see people succeed and make positive changes – in their oral hygiene and in all aspects of their lives!

I have been in the dental field since 2009, starting as a dental assistant for four years, and have been a dental hygienist for 11 years. Joining Golden Rule Dental Care in 2023 was the best decision I could have made. We are a tight-knit team and mesh well together, constantly learning from and supporting one another as we serve our patients.

I aim to educate patients about oral hygiene and oral disease, and provide preventive care. At the same time, I work to establish a trusting rapport and make sure each patient is comfortable, knowledgeable, and motivated to care for their smile.

A native Texan, I was raised in Arlington. My high school sweetheart and I are married and have two wonderful young children. In my spare time, I enjoy working out and volunteering at Mission Arlington.

Registered Dental Assistant

I absolutely love teaching patients the proper way of brushing, flossing, and keeping an overall healthy mouth. Encouraging and supporting people as they develop better practices, and seeing the results at their next visit, makes me smile!

I started to work in the dental field in 2020, with hands-on training and then formal schooling to become a RDA. In 2024, I became part of the amazing Golden Rule Dental Care team and was immediately made welcome. Dr. Flesher is so kind and patient, with his staff and his patients. Likewise, the team has gone out of their way to continually help me learn.

Working in the clinic, I provide chairside assistance during procedures, offer patient education, and help keep everything running smoothly.

Outside of work, I am currently taking classes to receive my sacraments at St. Joseph Catholic Church. I also enjoy reading romance and thriller novels, trying new restaurants and coffee places with friends, shopping, and watching football and baseball.
